An intimate 12 seater counter dining experience, led by Head Chef Luke Selby and his two brothers, Nat and Theo, serving an evolving menu built on their formative experiences – A melded love of British produce, Japanese techniques with classic French training.
Luke Selby’s cuisine has been greatly influenced by his extensive training working at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons (**), Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (***), Dabbous (*) and Hide Above (*), where he was working when he won the Roux Scholarship in 2017. Luke chose to do his stage in Japan, the first scholar to do so, working at Nihonryori Ryugin (***) in Tokyo, which is where his culinary ethos for Evelyn’s Table takes many inspirations from, after having lived and breathed the culture.
Evelyn’s Table was awarded 1 MICHELIN star in the 2022 MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland.

At Evelyn’s Table, we keep our wine list short, sharp and dynamic: carefully curated, with an ever-evolving selection of wines and sakes to punctuate each dish.
Selected and curated by Wine Director and ex-Noma Mexico sommelier Honey Spencer – Let us take you on an intrepid tour off-the-beaten-track, where we highlight producers that inspire us, work with integrity, and create flavours to riff off those coming from the kitchen.
If you just want to sit back and relax and let us do all the work with matching the perfect pairings, we also offer a number of different menus; wine, sake and Little or None low ABV offerings, that can be enjoyed alongside your meal.
We are currently taking reservations up until the 16th July.
Please note that reservations in July are limited due to closing for a summer break between Monday 18th July – Monday 1st August.
Thursday’s sittings are released every Monday at midday for the week ahead. We hope this means that we get to welcome a few more friendly faces, that have not been able to get a reservation at the start of the month or may not be sure of what their plans are.

Our reservations are released on the 1st of every month at midday for the following month.
We are open for two sittings daily, Tuesday through to Saturday, at 6pm then again at 8:45pm.
The chef’s counter seats 12 people.
Our menu is priced currently at £95 per person for 5 courses with an optional wine pairing available at £80 per person.
Reservations operate on a pre-payment system of the tasting menu price to confirm your reservation. This amount will be deducted from your bill on the night. Any cancellations can be made 7 days in advance of the reservation to receive a full refund. If you’d like to cancel your reservation or reduce in numbers after this time, we reserve the right to retain payment.
Should you make a reservation via our Thursday weekly release, there will be no cancellation or refund allowed, compared to the 7-day cancellation period should you make a reservation at the start of the month.
During this current climate, we understand plans can change and cancellations are higher than normal, whilst we do sympathise with the situation, we are a very small restaurant – so cancellations at such late notice have a big impact on both the restaurant atmosphere and of course financially for us too.
We’ll do our best to help fill your seats from our waiting list and if we’re able to do so, we’d be happy to refund your pre-payment. However if we cannot, we reserve the right to retain payment.
Evelyn’s Table is a very intimate space, there are four chefs, two front of house, a kitchen porter and welcome host. Everything is created to make it a kitchen theatre experience for our 12 guests to relish. With this in mind, we ask respectfully for each guest to arrive 15 minutes before their allotted reservation time. Late arrivals may miss courses or in the event of being over 30 minutes late, will be unable to be seated.
Additionally, as we are a small team, who plan and prep everything fresh each day for the evening’s service, please note, we won’t be able to cater for all allergies, the only dietary substitutions we’re able to offer are vegetarian and pescatarian.
Evelyn’s Table is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

a) Checking our social channels regularly.
b) Hitting the refresh button on our reservation’s widget from time to time, you never know you might just get lucky!
c) Join our waitlist by visiting our booking widget, selecting the date and time you are requesting, click Join Our Waiting List, add your contact details and if we have any cancellations for this date and time, we will be in contact to all those that showed interest. Please note that this does not guarantee you a reservation.
