An intimate 10 counter seating dining room, led by Head Chef Luke and his two brothers, Nat and Theo Selby, serving a monthly evolving menu built on their formative experience and a melded love of British produce, Japanese techniques with classic French training.
Demonstrated through the Japanese technique of infusion to create clarity or the classic skill of reduction to concentrate flavours as in French cookery.
Championing British producers, specialists in what they do and the best that we have access to – with as much care taken in the presentation on the ceramic plate, handmade in London.

At Evelyn’s Table, we keep our wine list short, sharp and dynamic: a carefully curated, ever-evolving selection of wines and sakes to punctuate each dish as it arrives.
Let us take you on an intrepid tour off-the-beaten-track to producers that inspire us, work with integrity, and create flavours to riff off those coming from the kitchen.
Selected and curated by our Wine Director and ex-Noma Mexico sommelier Honey Spencer. We also recommend that for pre or post dinner drinks you unwind within The Mulwray, our first-floor wine bar, where Honey really explores the very best there is to offer, in fine and natural wines from the old world and the new.

The chef’s counter seats 10 people.
Our menu is £60 per person and includes 5 courses.
We are open for two sittings daily Tuesday through to Saturday, at 6pm then again at 8:30pm.
Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements, as due to the personal and intimate presentation of our menu it is not possible to make changes on the evening.
Pre or post dinner drinks can be in enjoyed within The Mulwray, our first-floor wine bar, run by ex-Noma Mexico sommelier Honey Spencer.
